Terms

These terms apply to orders placed on westerndomain.com and to custom orders we quote and invoice. Western Domain is a trade name of Solantex Holdings LLC, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Proofs and orders

Every order starts with a proof. When you approve a proof, you confirm that the brand, names, spelling and layout are correct, and we engrave exactly what you approved. Previews on our product pages are renditions to help you choose; the proof is the final design.

Your brand and artwork

By sending us a brand, logo or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you allow us to use it to make your order. We do not use your brand for anything else without your permission. We may decline any work, including artwork we believe infringes someone else’s rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on your proof and at checkout, in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout. You are not charged until you approve your proof. Online orders can be paid by card, Klarna or Affirm. Custom and invoiced orders are paid by card through the link on the invoice, or by ACH bank transfer when we arrange it with you.

Quotes

Quotes for custom work are valid for 30 days. Production starts after you approve the proof and the order is paid.

Shipping and returns

Liability

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to remaking the piece or refunding what you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
