This policy explains what we collect when you use westerndomain.com and how we use it. Western Domain is a trade name of Solantex Holdings LLC.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone and shipping and billing addresses.
• Your brand files, ranch or business name, the names you ask us to engrave, and your order details.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor, and by Klarna or Affirm if you choose them. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Questions you ask Sunny, the chat assistant on our site, so it can answer them and so we can follow up if you ask us to.
• Basic technical information such as your browser and the pages you visit, and cookies that keep your cart and checkout working.
• Site usage measured with Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not receive your name, email or order details.

How we use it

To make and ship your order, send your proof and order updates, answer your questions and keep our records. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the store: our payment processor and buy-now-pay-later providers, shipping carriers and our shipping label service, our accounting system, our email delivery service, our hosting provider and Google Analytics. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting, and brand files so we can make reorders. Ask us and we will delete your brand files and any information we do not need to keep.
