Western Domain provides AI-powered assistant technology for livestock auction operations. We process sale catalogs and deploy conversational assistants that help buyers access lot information during production sales.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share account access with unauthorized parties.
You represent that you have the right to upload any catalog content you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of lot information in your catalogs. Western Domain is not liable for inaccurate information derived from your uploaded materials.
Per-sale purchases are non-refundable once a catalog has been processed. 10-Sale Pack purchases are non-refundable after the first sale has been activated. If you experience a technical failure on our part that prevents a sale from functioning, we will credit your account for that sale.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages.
The Sunny assistant generates responses based on your uploaded catalog content. Western Domain does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Buyers should verify critical information directly with the auction operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@westerndomain.com.
Western Domain's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 90 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
