Western Domain ("we," "us," or "our") operates westerndomain.com and related subdomains. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or purchase a plan, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and payment information processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

When buyers interact with a Sunny assistant on an auction page, we log the conversation content, language detected, and IP address. This data is associated with the auction, not the buyer's identity, unless the buyer voluntarily provides contact information.

Sale Catalog Data

Catalogs you upload are stored securely outside our web root and are used solely to train the Sunny assistant for your auction. Catalog files are automatically deleted 90 days after your sale date.

How We Use Information

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use buyer conversation data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI responses, and Azure for voice services. Each operates under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Conversation logs are retained for 12 months. Catalog PDF files are deleted 90 days after your sale date. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting info@westerndomain.com.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. PDF catalog files are stored outside the public web root and require authenticated access.
