Shipping

Every piece is made to order after you approve your proof. Here is what happens next.

Production time

Most orders are engraved and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after you approve the proof. Group orders start once every name is in. Large orders and custom work can take longer, and we will tell you the date when we send your proof.

How we ship

We ship from Colorado Springs, Colorado by USPS with tracking. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

We ship to addresses in the United States. If you need something shipped elsewhere, contact us before ordering.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it once the shipping cost is paid.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the package and the piece. We will work with the carrier and make it right (see refunds and returns).
